We are pleased to inform our customers that starting February 11, 2025, shipping of goods to the United States will resume. This follows an announcement by Hong Kong Post, stating that the U.S. authorities have confirmed that shipments containing goods sent via Hong Kong Post will not be subject to additional tariffs.

Previously, the U.S. postal authorities temporarily restricted shipments containing goods, requiring “Formal Entry” clearance. As a result, Hong Kong Post had to suspend these shipments while negotiating with U.S. authorities. Now that the restriction has been lifted, postal services to the U.S. can resume.

While shipments can now proceed, please be aware of the following:

• U.S. trade policies may change at any time, and further adjustments may be implemented.

• Delays may still occur due to potential mail backlogs in the U.S. postal system.

• Customers who require urgent deliveries are strongly encouraged to use express courier services such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx for faster and more reliable shipping.
