Due to sudden changes in U.S. tariff policies, we regret to inform you that we will temporarily suspend all shipments to the United States until further notice.
📌 U.S. Tariff Policy Changes
On February 1, 2025, U.S. President Donald Trump announced a new trade policy under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). Effective February 4, 2025 (12:01 AM EST), all goods imported from China and Hong Kong will be subject to an additional 10% import duty, and the $800 De Minimis tax exemption will be eliminated.
⚠️ Impact on Orders:
• Orders shipped after February 4, 2025 (12:00 PM China Time) may be subject to import duties, with an additional 10% tax imposed on top of existing tariffs.
• Depending on product categories, the final tariff rate may range from 10% to 60% or higher.
🚨 Order Suspension & Processing Arrangements 🚨
📍 Effective immediately, we will suspend all new orders bound for the U.S. until further clarification on tariff policies.
📍 For orders already placed:
• As Hongkong Post has yet to confirm procedural details, we will evaluate and decide whether to use alternative couriers (e.g., DHL, UPS) or continue with postal shipping.
• Due to high order volumes, processing will be done in batches, and we expect to complete the necessary adjustments by Monday or Tuesday next week. We will notify affected customers accordingly.
• If import duties are applied to your package, we will share part of the cost with customers based on case-by-case evaluations due to this unexpected situation.
• We will also minimize the declared value of goods during customs clearance to reduce potential tax burdens. If you receive an import tax notification, please contact us immediately for assistance.
