Ordering & Shipping: Overseas customers can purchase the service directly online and ship your racket to our store address.

Assessment & Ordering Advice: Photos alone cannot always reveal the full extent of structural damage. We recommend purchasing Repair 1 Point ($380) first.
Final Inspection & Price Guarantee: Once our master technician receives and physically inspects your racket, we will confirm the precise repair required. If your racket needs additional points or a different fix, we will contact you to arrange top-up payments. Rest assured, your maximum total repair cost will never exceed $600 (Frame Replacement), as replacing the full frame is the worst-case scenario.
